Oh, some people trash Taco Bell, but they actually have good food, and they were one of the first chains to add a nutritionist to their staff. I always always always go for the bean burrito. What’s not to like about a fast food chain that offers spiced beans? The beans also have chopped onion. I often get two. I also like their original beef tacos, which as I understand it, is from an original recipe given to them by a Mexican restaurant in Southern California.
As for their other choices, I tend to stay away from things with excessive cheese, which means most of the rest of their menu.
Here’s the Taco Bell burrito. I wouldn’t pay attention to the crabbing about the “Frankenstein” ingredients. I am sensitive to the taste of those things, and as far as I can tell, the bean burritos are just fine.
