Tortillas

There are two main kinds of tortillas. We call them “flour” and “corn”. A flour tortilla is almost always made of wheat. Flour tortillas are great for making wraps, dipping in sauce, or sopping up juice. Corn tortillas tend to crumble easily, so they’re best buttered and stuck in the microwave for a couple minutes until the butter melts.
