First let me say that I don’t do casseroles because they take time. I don’t like to bake. So, I’m really not taking a casserole here. I’m talking tuna and noodles.
Make some pasta, say, elbow macaroni or wagon wheels, or whatever small chunky pasta you have. Then take it off the heat, strain out the water with your colander, and put it into your mixing bowl. Stir in a can of tuna and some mayonnaise. If you have some breadcrumbs you can sprinkle those on top. If you have Parmesan cheese, that’s good too.
Be sure to remember to zap some veggies with butter to put on the side so that you get your regular dose of veggies.
